pilot applications · version 2026-10-01
Who processes your data
Clear Intervals, address to be published (the operator / controller). Contact for anything about your data: privacy@clearintervals.com.
What we collect and why
- Your name, work email and company, the type, country and size of your site, and anything you write in your application.
- Purpose: to review your pilot application and contact you about it. Legal basis: your consent (Federal Law 152-FZ art. 6(1)(1); GDPR art. 6(1)(a)) and steps you asked us to take before a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).
- Product news only if you tick the separate optional box. You can apply without it.
- We also keep a record of your consent: which text and version you saw and when, with a one-way keyed hash of your IP address and browser. We cannot recover the IP address from it.
Where it is stored
Applications for sites in Russia are stored and processed on servers in the Russian Federation. Other applications are stored in the European Union. Personal data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, with each field encrypted separately (AES-256-GCM). We do not transfer your data to other countries.
Who can see it
Our engineers and sales staff, through our own customer-relationship system hosted in the same region. Hosting and email providers process data only on our instructions under data-processing agreements. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
- Applications you do not confirm by email: deleted after 7 days.
- Declined or withdrawn applications: deleted 180 days after the decision.
- Other applications: deleted 365 days after your last activity, unless you become a pilot site or customer, in which case your contract governs.
Your rights
On your application page you can see your data and application status, correct your details, download everything we hold in a machine-readable file, withdraw consent and delete your data. Deletion also removes your record from our CRM. You can also write to us; we answer within 10 working days. You may complain to the Roskomnadzor (Russia) or to your local data-protection authority (EU).
